NYSE:CSL) today announced the appointment of Christopher B. Gaskill as Vice President & General Counsel for the Company. In conjunction with this appointment, Scott C. Selbach will transition to a new role as Executive Vice President, Government Relations for the Company. Mr. Selbach will also remain Secretary of the Company. Both Mr. Gaskill and Mr. Selbach will report to Chris Koch, Carlisle’s Chair, President & Chief Executive Officer.
